Hello everyone! I’m Princess Meghan or Duchess Meghan. Either one is fine as long as you treat me as royalty. I am 4 years old that was released from a puppy mill. I had my share of Archies so I’m just looking for the royal lifestyle now without making heirs anymore. You don’t have to be my Prince Harry but I do expect to be treated like a princess.

When I arrived at my foster home, I was very timid and shy. Sudden movements and loud noises really scared me. My foster family was very patient with me and now I’m settling in. I really like to eat my two meals a day and I really LOVE treats! I’m starting to show my fun personality now that I feel safe. I love to run around the coffee table and then down the hallway. I like it when my people join in the fun with me. I don’t really play with toys since I don’t really know what those are. I do like to chew on things like blankets, and sometimes things that I shouldn’t like cardboard and cords and wood. So when I chew on something I shouldn’t be my foster family redirects me to proper things to chew on. When I’m done running, I really like to cuddle with my people especially between their legs and take a nap. I snore like a trucker is what my foster mom says. I don’t know any truckers so I think she likes it. I really like it when my family pets me and scratches my chest and ears. I sometimes wiggle around like a little worm when they do that. It just feels so good!

I’ve been really working on the potty training but I’m not 100% yet. I don’t always like to go outside when I should so my foster family bribes me with treats. I am really good when bribed with treats! I can be independent sometimes like when I taught myself how to get up the stairs but mostly I really like to follow my people around. I don’t really know how to jump on furniture yet so I do expect you to help me up because I like to cuddle and nap on the couch and chair with my people. I really have learned a lot by watching my foster pug siblings so I’d like a partner in crime at my furever home. Someone to help show me the ropes of being an adored pet. Also they should like to play because I like to run and play now that I have my freedom.

I am very good about going in my crate especially when there is a treat involved. I’m a very good girl and don’t make much noise at all in there or actually outside of it either. I have the cutest little bark according to my foster mom and dad. I really do not bark much though. Just when that weird plastic bag was on the floor. I also like to watch TV with my humans. They put on a true crime show and I was just mesmerized by it. They called me a “true crime junkie” whatever that means. So if you have a lap an a dog looking for a gentle playmate then I’m your princess!
