Hi, my name is Olivia! I am a 7 year-old female apricot pug. I arrived at my foster home the end of May with my sister Omega. I am more social than Omega and less timid but I still am a little fearful of people and “hands”. When someone reaches for me, I often flatten myself out on my belly. I really do love attention and I will always come around my people for affection. I’m just not always sure what they are going to do if they walk towards me so I sometimes run away. I am learning that people are not going to hurt me and I’m beginning to trust people more and more every day. I love treats and I’ll go to my kennel immediately when told I can have a treat. It took me a really long time to figure out stairs but I have mastered the two stairs from the porch to the yard. I was very afraid to even try them until the last couple weeks.

I don’t really know how to play with toys but sometimes will follow my sister’s lead and carry a stuffed toy around. I really want to be confident and outgoing, so I think I will learn how to play, I’m just not there yet. I enjoy being outside with the other pugs and exploring the yard. I will walk on a leash but I prefer to roam the yard. We have a cat at my foster home and we get along fine. I love all people equally and have met people of all ages. My sister, Omega and I like each other and enjoy each other’s company but we are not bonded so would do okay without each other. HoweverI would enjoy a home with other dogs please. I am just looking for a furever family that will continue to help me learn to trust people and enjoy a happy pug life.

Olivia’s minimum adoption donation is $275.
