Hello! My name is Chili. I am a 7 year old female pug who was recently rescued. I am learning how to live the pug life. I have found that I love belly rubs and snuggling up to my people. It does take me a little while to warm up to people, but when I do, I will greet you with the best happy dance and pug snuggles. There are other dogs in my foster home and they are nice and I am happy to hang out with them but also love when I can have one on one time with the humans in my foster home. I stay in a crate some while my foster Mom and Dad work – I will go right in with a treat. I don’t mind being in there, I never make a mess but I will let you know I would rather not be in there by a soft little howl for a few minutes after I go in. I understand to go outside and potty but my foster Mom still hasn’t learned when I need to go – so I will potty in the house on occasion if she doesn’t read my mind on time. I get to sleep in bed with my foster Mom and Dad and honestly can’t imagine a better place to sleep. If you are looking for a chill, cuddle pug, I am your girl. All I need is love, patience, and an occasional treat.
