Meet Owen: The Shadow-Seeking Snugglebug
Hi there! I’m Owen, a sweet and soulful pup with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure. I may not see the world like most dogs—I rely on shadows and sounds to guide me—but that hasn’t stopped me from becoming the life of the party in my foster home.
It took me a little while to settle in, but now I’m thriving. I love making my foster sister laugh with my playful antics and convincing her to join me in a game of tug-o-war. My foster dad chuckles when he thinks I’m staring into space, but really, I’m listening closely to see if he’s grabbing a snack (I’m a bit of a treat detective!).
I’m not a fan of being locked up—I’m a free spirit who loves to explore and be part of the action. But when it’s time to wind down, I’m all about the snuggles. My foster mom says I give the best cuddles, and I’m learning that pats and kisses are some of life’s greatest joys.
I’m super smart, too! I’ve picked up good manners quickly and I’m learning to wait my turn at mealtime (even though I get really excited when the food comes out). I’m mostly a chill guy, but I do love a good play session to keep things lively.
I’d love a forever home with another furry sibling to keep me company and share in the fun. I may not see perfectly, but I feel love deeply—and I’m ready to give my whole heart to a family who sees me for the amazing dog I am.
