Fenced yard required: No but she loves zoomies and does love to run.

Special Needs/Notes: One of her eyes was removed due to an attack in her previous home 

 

Dottie is just under a 1 year old pug.  She is full of spunk and energy. Her favorite thing in the world is playing fetch with her tennis ball or squeaky ball.  

 

Dottie lost her left eye at 4 months old but she seems to have no difficulties with this. 

 

Dottie gets along well with other dogs her size or slightly larger. She is scared of large breed dogs. She would love a playmate but does well entertaining herself as well. She loves squeaky toys, small tennis balls and chew toys. She is a champion at zoomies through the yard or through the house. 

 

This girl has a lot of energy and would love someone who is willing to play with her daily. She is affectionate and when her energy is drained she is ready for some serious cuddles. 

 

Dottie is timid of people she doesn’t know but quickly warms up once she is comfortable. She is a protector of her home and will especially guard her loved ones from her reflection in the front door or the fireplace 😁.

 

Dottie needs continued work on house training. She is stubborn in the cold weather and snow. She needs a household to continue to follow up with positive reinforcement for this.

 

Dottie’s needs and wishes are a human or 4 legged playmate. Someone willing to play endless fetch and cuddle with her in bed each night. She is able to be kenneled during the day but is all about cuddles at bedtime. She loves room to run zoomies throughout her area, inside or out. Are you the perfect family for Dottie?
